Shipping Policy

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 5 – 7 days for receipt of tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. All orders will be shipped out from our warehouse in Malaysia.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We take up to 7 days to process all orders. However, all cancellations should be made within 12 hours upon placing your order as stated in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

We use trusted local courier services such as Ninjavan, J&T which is decided by the availability of your area.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

• Should there be any address amendment for order that is placed within 12 hours, kindly notify us at the earliest via dancyanart@gmail.com
• If the order is fulfilled and Out For Delivery (OFD), re-route costs shall be borne by customer with the following charges:
  RM8 for West Malaysia (WM)
  RM15 for East Malaysia (EM)
• Please be informed that re-route takes 10 business days.

Returns & Replacements

All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless it is damaged. In the latter case, kindly report to customer service within 2 days after receiving your order, at dancyanart@gmail.com. All item(s) returned must be in their original shipping condition with its packaging and accessories.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to request for a cancellation of your order prior to dispatch, please email us at dancyanart@gmail.com within 12 hours upon placing your order. If your order has been fulfilled before the 12 hours time frame, we will not be able to proceed with the necessary cancellations. Anything past 12 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled upon request as our Fulfillment Team works very quickly in processing all our orders.
